These are just some of the things you may want to think about and work on together:

  • Feelings of loneliness, confusion, emptiness, sadness, guilt, jealousy or anger
  • Relationships within your family (for mixed culture couples/families, therapy is carried out bilingually in English and Hebrew)
  • Intimacy
  • Difficult life experiences and changes
  • Problem behaviours
  • Fears, panic and phobias
  • The stress of Aliyah
  • Sexual difficulties
  • Eating problems
  • Lack of self-worth
  • Feeling negative
  • Lifestyle change
  • Obsessive or compulsive thoughts and behaviours
  • Losing a loved one
  • Who am I and where am I going?
  • Difficulties/stress at school, home or work
  • Toddler tantrums or adolescent angst
  • Lack of motivation or direction
  • A reflection on the past, evaluation of the present or dreams for the future

Of course, every individual is unique and the difficulties you are experiencing may not appear on this list but can be explored during therapy.

If you are seeking therapy for any of these issues and wish to talk to me in person at my private practice, please contact me or make an appointment here

You can find out more about the therapeutic approaches I use to address these issues here.
