Therapy offers a chance to pause and ‘take stock’. It may be that you want to think about how to make changes in your life, to assess the way you think and feel about it, as well as act within it. Therapy can provide an opportunity to be heard and understood. It frees a space for yourself where you can encourage self-awareness, development and exploration.
